I believe that achieving goals through fitness and mobility directly translate into improving quality of everyday life. My future fitness goals are to be a regional CrossFit competitor by next year as well as an Adex Athlete. And i do not intend on stoping there by any means. I intend on taking my training up to another level and pursue a spot as a CrossFit Games athlete by upping my training platform and continuously making breakthroughs with mobility, stability and overall moment by continuing to incorporate the Adex club into my daily training regiments.

Michael’s focus is not only on the typical strength training (while he finds that vital to some trainings), he also likes to focus on proper body mechanics and fully body wellness. Dina Enggaard became a personal trainer in 2004 after having lost a significant amount of weight. I wanted to give back to other people, what I had received from my own trainer. I have always believed in a strong and functional body, and that has over the years become even more important, together with focusing on developing and keeping mobility in the body’s joints. I enjoy working with the Adex club and mace, because it integrates the opportunity to work on especially shoulder mobility, and at the same time functions as a strength tool. The fact that it’s easy to adjust the weight and the club and mace also counts as a plus, because you have many tool in one. I like working in both conventional and unconventional ways. Using hard and soft style training tools. Always, keeping the goal in sight and adjusting the training to be able to achieve that goal.
