Demonstration of a Snatch using an Adex Club. This is an advanced exercise and should not be attempted by beginners. Notice the hand grip – no fingers or thumbs running straight up on the shaft of the club for balance – all grip strength keeping the club upright. Be careful when performing these as the clubs are top heavy and require much attention to keep the club from striking the head. Lower down slowly. Left hand grip was a neutral grip. Right hand grip was a sabre grip.
