Double Adex Arc Training. Fine tuning 1 Hand Performance by using 2 clubs. The difference between doing 1H club or mace work vs. Doubles is night and day. Trying to keep the non-participating club steady will challenge you greatly. Begin with light weight to build the path. Be mindful of the steadied club – that’s the one which causes the problems. Progress slowly.
I am working on keeping my head still during the movement and a bit better posture. This is why I love clubs and maces, the learning never stops, even after years of training.
