Thanks for educating me on this mouvement philosophy, I’m looking forward to start training with your Adex clubs.
Thanks Roger!
Videos like this are very encouraging! I am 64 years old and started mace, club and kettle bell training about 6 months ago. I had tendonitis in my elbow and my physio doctor here in Texas get me started on this training method for rehab. I was hooked and absolutely love it! I incorporate this training with rowing and the treadmill. previous to this my main exercising methods were the gymnastic rings, pull-ups, push-ups and total gym. I joke with my wife now that I do the gymnastic rings and my previous workouts on my “active rest days. I look forward everyday to having an incredible workout with the mace and clubs. It has increased my mobility, flexibility and forces you to focus on each movement. I am now saving up to get a full set of ADEX clubs and a mace. Thank you for what you do!
64 years young! Keep it up Chris
I’m 74 now and low stamina and would like to improve that slowly. Does some sort of exervise routine come with the clubs to get started and what would be suggested,in terms of which piece of equipment, to start out?
