Just received my kit last week. Now we can get into some meaningful casts again. 🙂 Growing time is upon us. I have had the clubs for almost three years now and love working out with them. They are the only tool I use for most of my workouts. I will still use KB’s, sandbags, and battling ropes along with for some workouts.

are indispensable in the world of functional strength and fitness. Due to the forces generated and stabilization required to perform the various movements, the user has a unique opportunity to develop brutal real world “grab a hold” of something or somebody strength.
These products are made to last, that’s for sure! Much thought was put into their design. The double helix thread set allows for quick changes in desired weight while offering reliable locking power to secure them. I’ve NEVER had an issue with the thread set coming loose! I will upgrade to the fat handle

I could not be happier with the Adex mace. The texture and grip is outstanding and all the weights fit together perfectly. Changing weights is easy and there is no slop or rattle once they’re screwed down. I own about a dozen maces, both homemade and from other companies. My Adex mace is at the top of the list.
