Description
The ADEX Club Trainer Package includes one original ADEX Adjustable Exercise Club Kit and one Adex Club Handle. This package is great for fitness enthusiasts wanting to utilize double steel clubs up to 15lbs each and have the option for heavier single club up to 25lbs. As with all Adex Products, choose your handle type; Original 1″ dia or Fat 1.21″ dia. Double club settings are 3.5, 5, 7.5, 10, 12.5 & 15 (weight in lbs). A Single Club can be set at 3.5, 5, 7.5, 10, 12.5, 15, 17.5, 20, 22.5, & 25lbs. This package is equal to 16 individual clubs!

I got this trainer pack around 5 months ago and love it , I used to have trouble having my hand over my head when doing Turkish Get Up with a kettlebell. Just using the club handle without the thread screw in it weights 4lb .
Started to do 3 sets of 10 mills in and out twice a week, totally fixed and Rehab my shoulders in like 2 to 3 weeks. Physical Therapy couldn’t help and they don’t even know what clubs are. As a bonus these clubs have also opened up my chest and back for doing other upper body moves more comfortable. I knew about clubs for 10 years now my only regret is not starting sooner. LOVE AT FIRST SWING!
I never touched an Indian Club in my life until I opened my package from AdexClub. The folks at AdexClub should get a tech award for brilliant innovation and an art award for inspirational beauty. The clubs are such fun to swing! I am starting with handle only and carefully following training videos. I am 74 with no time for injuries. Thank you so much for all the resources, and most of all for my beautiful clubs!!!

I am still grinding away with handle only beginner exercises with my clubs that arrived on the last day of July. Still head over heels about my clubs! I ordered a second Adex Adjustable Steel Club Kit with FAT handles this time after reading Brooks Kubik’s observations on how the size of the handle affects weight lifting results. For my small hands, it is such a big difference that it is exciting! Results I have noticed from 10 weeks of beginner training: better grip strength, seeing muscles on my arms again, and best of all the arthritis in my hands and fingers is disappearing. This is after over 50 years of pounding on keyboards took me to the edge of carpal tunnel syndrome. I also got fat-and-orginal handles for Adex Arc and Adex Mace. This stuff is crazy good!

Cut hands
Both club have unfinished welds around both end balls
Rough & sharp enough to cut hands
Being in the UK I’m unable to return these items due to the high cost.
Even the semester of quality checks would of highlighted this issue
I’ve had no option but to file/sand the parts smooth, spoiling the finish & opening it up to corrosion
I’m disappointed to say the least.

We are glad you found out that the issue was in the coating and you could rectify the issue easily at home without any downtime. If anyone has any issue with the performance of their ADEX product we will happily exchange it, within a timely manner from purchase.

THE BEST! The adjustability of them is simply genius. The handles are more slippery than Onnit clubs, but I found that it just works your grip that much more because of it. Thank you Donnie for creating such a bad ass product in the states. Can’t wait to see what else you guys come out with.
