Just got my clubs yesterday. Have been using the Fat Clubs before the Wildman clubs give a totally different feel in the hands. I did drop the weight by 1.25 lbs as handles are I think a pound heavier. They do feel great in my hands.

I’d been getting started with a 15# Onnit. Nothing wrong with that product, but this thing blows it right out of the water. First, the total weight of the system is clearly balanced (in comparison) toward the top of the club as soon as you add any weight. Weight further from the fulcrum (your palm) = leverage = more total weight moved/resisted. Furthermore, as a not-small person where frame is concerned, the 1.4″ handle is a blessing for fitting the natural grip size of my palm. A challenging blessing, but a blessing. I’ll be looking for any kind of signal of the mace or ARC handle coming into stock. Should be a year or more before I need an add-on kit as well, but I’ve got my eye on it anyway.

A couple of years ago, I bought another brand of club (4 kg) online to try out, and it just didn’t feel right in my hands. I gave up even trying to use heavy clubs for a while. But after I gained more experience with maces and other exercise equipment, I came to realize that the 25-mm-diameter handle of that club had been too narrow for me and that the club was too short overall.
After watching videos online about using heavy clubs, I decided to take the plunge and order this Mark Wildman Edition Adex Club. I am very glad I did. The handle is the perfect width for my hands, and the length is just right for swinging. I especially like the adjustable weights, as I won’t have to buy any more clubs as I get stronger. The make and finish are perfect, too. This club is a pleasure to use.

This is the perfect club. I initially purchased the fat handle, but found it lacking in size and texture compared to another club I had purchased on Amazon. The Wildman club is superior in both size and texture. If you wear a large glove or can palm a basketball, this is the club to get.

Excellent product. Solves the problem I had with large weight just with other products. Weight change is easy and does not loosen. Get some 2” PVC couplings to extend the weight a little when things are light. That was my only issue: the lever is too short when weight is light.
