The Original Adex Club
THE OG has a 1" (25.4mm) diameter handle, making it perfect everyone who uses a more 'relaxed grip' to make it easier on the hands, better wrist articulation range movement, and can be used for lighter weight therapy exercises, Indian Club style exercises, as well as heavier loads. Adjustable Exercise 
No Tools Required! All Adex Clubs have 19 Weight Settings that adjust by hand in 1.25lb increments, come in your choice of 3 handle diameters and use the same Interchangeable Adex Weight System and Ad-On Kits that integrate with our Maces and Arcs. Adex' unique textured finish was developed over 10 years. It provides the proper grip and slip needed to ensure safe training and is applied to all of our US made clubs and maces.
