Adjustable Exercise 
All Adex Arcs have 19 Weight Settings that adjust by hand in 1.25lb increments, come in your choice of 3 handle diameters and use the same Interchangeable Adex Weight System that integrate with our Ad-On Kits, clubs and arcs. Our textured coating provides the proper grip and slip, not just on the handle shaft but all over Adex clubs without tearing up calloused hands 
19 Weight Settings: 4.5, 6, 7.25, 8.5, 9.75, 11, 12.25, 13.5, 14.75, 15, 16.25, 17.5, 18.75, 20, 21.25, 22.5, 24.75, 26, & 27.25lbs.
Length: 26" (66mm) empty length and 37" (94mm) fully loaded length
Handles: Individually ordered handles include the threadset (screw).

The Adex Wildman Arc
Pro Trainer Mark Wildman loved the Arc for his training programs. The Wildman Arc has a 1.4" (35mm) diameter handle, similar to competition kettlebells and 40" (101mm) empty length, 52" (133mm) fully loaded length.                                                                                                               

The Adex Fat Handle Arc
Our Fat Handle Arc features a comfy 1.21" diameter handle, 40" (101mm) empty length, and 52" (133mm) fully loaded length.

The Original Arc
has a 1" diameter handle making it perfect for longer training sessions when using a more 'relaxed grip' to make it easier on the hands, so you can focus on the work.
