The Adex Fat Handle Arc
Our Fat Handle Arc is a superbly thought out hybrid exercise tool that can be used either as a mace or a club for most exercises. Featuring a comfy 1.21" diameter handle, our textured grip coating, with the ability to grow with you. 

Adjustable Exercise 
All Adex Arcs have 19 Weight Settings that adjust by hand in 1.25lb increments, come in your choice of 3 handle diameters and use the same Interchangeable Adex Weight System as our clubs, Arcs and when you're ready, the Ad-On Kits.
