Arc Original Handle Kit / Handle

The Original Arc
has a 1" diameter handle making it perfect for longer training sessions when using a more 'relaxed grip' to make it easier on the hands, so you can focus on the work. The aggressive finish is applied top to bottom on all Adex clubs providing a grippy texture.

Adjustable Exercise 
All Adex Arcs have 19 Weight Settings that adjust by hand in 1.25lb increments, come in your choice of 3 handle diameters and use the same Interchangeable Adex Weight System as our clubs, Arcs and when you're ready, the Ad-On Kits.
