Ok, I admit it. The whole 20 minutes a day for 30 days is a lure to suck you into this article BUT it can be done, and you'll thank me for it. A new you in 30 days with about 20 minutes per day of training, some common sense nutrition and by following the Adex Club 7 Week Training Program. You'll do it 4 days a week (instead of 3) and repeating a few of those workouts to give you more volume and it also teaches/reinforces club techniques making it perfect for absolute beginners or experienced club athletes. Adex programs also build and develop your club skills preparing novices for advanced clubs programs such as Wildman Athletica, MaceFit, or any club training system.
