The Original Mace
has a 1" (25.5mm) diameter handle making it perfect for longer endurance type training sessions when using a more 'relaxed grip' to make it easier on the hands, allowing you to focus more on the work.  Our aggressive textured finish ensures a solid grip purchase top to bottom for any style of rotational strength work.

Adjustable Exercise 
All Adex Maces have 19 Weight Settings that adjust by hand in 1.25lb increments, come in your choice of 3 handle diameters and use the same Interchangeable Adex Weight System that integrates with our Ad-On Kits clubs and arcs.
