Orange Spacer Weight

Spacer weights make learning complicated club patterns easier by making your ADEX club "livelier". The Spacer weights are added between the handle and the ADEX weights to make a longer lever. This allows for the tractioning effect at lower weight settings and helps you progress by maintaining consistent lengths on the handle!
